ICMIF and our hosts FMG have negotiated a very competitive rate at the Conference hotel, the Cordis, with breakfast, internet use, local taxes and entrance to the fitness room/pool area all included in the ICMIF bedroom rate. The Superior King rooms can be booked by delegates via this dedicated hotel reservations link which will ensure that you receive our special ICMIF rate. It is possible to include access to the hotel’s Club Lounge for an additional charge per night. Other categories of bedrooms, including suites, are available upon request. We strongly recommend that you make your hotel reservation as soon as possible as availability cannot be guaranteed after August 2019.
The hotel features a spacious contemporary restaurant located on the lobby level which opens up a world of international flavours for foodlovers, with eight interactive kitchens hosted by a talented team of chefs. Buffet menus include an Indian Tandoor, authentic sushi and sashimi, dim sum and noodles, pasta or a succulent selection of seafood. A delicious à la carte menu is also available. The food is complimented by a wide range of local and international wines. Restaurant Eight is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner at the times shown below:

This elegant area serves a lighter menu for breakfast, lunch, high tea and dinner plus local and international wines, beers and cocktails.

The Chuan Spa area offers a Contemplation and Prayer Room plus an extensive range of luxurious spa treatments which are bookable in advance. All of these facilities are located on Level 2 of the hotel.
Located on Level 10, this area is available to delegates who wish to pay the upgrade charge of NZD 200 per night. It is free to use for occupants of Executive Suites and is open 24 hours a day for complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, refreshments, snacks, printing facilities and a quiet area to work.
Guest rooms are spacious and stylish with a work desk and chair, complimentary multi-device wired and wireless broadband internet; electronic safe deposit box (lap top size); coffee/tea making facilities; 48-inch LED TV; USB charging stations; pillow menu; mini bar; complimentary water and a Cordis “Dream Bed”.
